The New York State High School Football Coaches Association, founded in 1994, is an organization in New York State dedicated to maintaining the high status of the football coaching profession. Its membership consists of high school coaches from across the State, the collegiate ranks, Athletic Directors, as well as Associate (non-coaches), and Retired coaches.

2009 Golden 50 Team Chosen

The 2009 Golden 50 Team has been chosen and the roster is located in the menu bar above under “News” and “Golden 50” or click here.   Twenty five players received full scholarships to Division IA schools that included Syracuse, Buffalo, Penn State, Virginia, Maryland, Eastern Michigan, Rutgers, University of Connecticut, Northeastern, Ohio State and Navy.   Congratulations to the players, coaches, parents, schools and programs.   Each player will receive a certificate and the roster will be posted in the next Sidelines magazine. 
   

SYRACUSE FOOTBALL COACHES CLINIC – APRIL 3RD & 4TH

The annual Syracuse University Football Coaches Clinic is scheduled for Friday, April 3 and Saturday April 4 at the Manley Field House.  The camp not only touches on the basic fundamentals of the game but also gives coaches a chance to see live drills, great guest speakers, coaches social and an opportunity to watch a spring practice.  Registration after March 30 must be done at the clinic when you arrive.  Registration on April 3rd begins at 11:00 am at the Manley Field House.  The cost of the clinic is $60 for both days and $45 for Saturday only.  If you have any questions please contact Kim O’Connor at 315-443-1416 or email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
